The days of looking for an add in your local news paper for a massage salon or even the massus is a thing of the past. Even forums, message groups, internet listings are on their way out. Now the #hashtag and social media are the new paradigm for finding what you are looking for. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat are the new tools of the trade. Finding what you what can be very simple or extremely complex. Hashtags are trending and are in real-time, meaning I'm there and available when I post it. The trick is to find the right hashtags for what you are looking from both sides. The provider must know what the client is looking up and VS. Age and techs knowledge plays a big roll now and the social media landscape changes very fast and being on the right app at the right time is critical.
